Getting there...
By car
From the south the usual approach is via the A82, a modern trunk
road offering fast connections from Glasgow and the South. An alternative
route is to approach from Oban and the coastal road (A828) to Ballachulish.
By train
The West Highland line from Glasgow to Fort William is considered
to be one of the greatest train journeys. There are regular services
from Glasgow to Fort William and an overnight sleeper service from
London (Euston) directly to Fort William.
By coach
Several coach operators run frequent coach services from Glasgow
and Edinburgh to Fort William with connecting services to other
parts of the UK.

By air
You can fly to Glasgow , Edinburgh or Inverness. Glasgow has a direct train service to Fort William. Alternatively a car can be hired from any airport.
